When it comes to the way I prefer to heat my home, I prefer the old school ways. I have a hot water boiler that is about 20 years old and it is still working very good today as it did 2 decades ago. This is not uncommon for a hot water boiler. Unlike a central heating and air conditioning system unit that you would be lucky if it lasts even 15 years, a hot water boiler can last much longer if you take good care of it and keep up on all the HVAC maintenance needed for it. And that is exactly what I have done and why I may have this old hot water boiler at least another decade. Not to mention, with heating your home with a hot water boiler you save tons on energy use. Which in turn will save you a lot of money per year on your energy bills. Especially when it is freezing cold out and you are having to run your heater all of the time. If you have a central heating and air conditioning system and have to run it really high during freezing winter months, you will see super high electric bills that may make you go broke unless you are rich and have a lot of money to blow. This is not me. And again this is the main reason I prefer the old ways of heating my home like the hot water boiler that I have. I never plan to get rid of it. When it finally breaks for good, I will either get another hot water boiler if they still exist at that time.

It is coming up on the time of retirement for me. I have been working as a certified heating and air conditioning specialist for the same local heat and a/c company for nearly 45 years. It is a miracle that they are still going strong and still are around after all these years! Most small mom and pop heating and air conditioning companies like the one I have been working for all these years go under after about 10 years tops. But this heating and air conditioning company passed the torch down to their children and they retired. That is how the heating and air conditioning company stayed around and will be around for years to come. My retirement is just one week a way. It is hard to believe I am more or less getting old now. It just seems like a few months ago that I was a young and up coming heating and air conditioning specialist in the heat and a/c business. Time really flies when you enjoy the work that you do. But I have decided to collect my pension and retire because I am really getting too old to keep doing this heating and air conditioning repair and installation work. Especially the heating and air conditioning installation. That takes a toll on the older folks like me because of all the physical labor involved. It is nothing like repairing central heating and cooling systems. When I retire I am just going to relax and enjoy whatever life is left. I sure earned it with as hard as I have worked all of these years.

There are so many ways my portable space heater is beneficial to me. The first and foremost is that it comes in handy to give my central heating and air conditioning system unit a break. I can run this portable space heater in any size room in the house and it heats it up really nice within minutes. Hence making it so that I do not even need to turn on my central heating and air conditioning system on the heater setting. This saves me a lot of money on my monthly electric bills. But the most amazing thing that I found use for the portable space heater recently was that it helped dry and clean up a flood I had in my bathroom. The sink had a leak in it which I had to call a plumber to fix. But I had a mini river in the bathroom when it first flooded. So what I did was carefully plug in my portable space heater where there was no water up on a shelf in the bathroom, I turned it on very high and then left the bathroom for about a half an hour. When I opened the door to check on things, the portable space heater made the bathroom so hot and dry that it nearly cleaned up most of the flood! It evaporated and then I just had to mop up the very little that was left. It was a real godsend and saved me the hassle of having to get a water vacuum to clean everything up. I could not believe that my idea actually worked!

I am so pleased with my brand new central heating and air conditioning system I just bought. This central heating and air conditioning system is possibly the most powerful HVAC unit I have ever experienced in my life! When it is really hot out the central air conditioning system is so good that it makes it feel like it is early winter in my home. It does not matter if it is over one hundred degrees outside, the central air conditioning system can handle it. Then in the winter time months of the year it is more or less the same thing but in reverse. It does not matter if it is close to 10 degrees outside, the central heating system keeps my house nice and warm like it is a spring or early summer day. You could not get these kind of results from older central heating and air conditioning systems. The great advancements we have today in heating and air conditioning technology is nothing short of amazing. I am so happy that I was able to buy this brand new and most up to date central heating and air conditioning system for my home. And the best part about it was that I got the central heating and air conditioning system for half off the regular price! Now that is a deal you can not beat what so ever. It is hard to find sales on these types of central heating and air conditioning systems, but I did it and got very lucky in doing so!

The central heating and air conditioning system that I own was giving me a lot of issues. The air flow was really horrible. My house was not getting the right amount of heating and air conditioning no matter what I did. So I called the heat and a/c company to send out one of their best and very certified heating and air conditioning specialists to have a good look at my central heating and cooling unit to see exactly what was going on. Once the heat and a/c company sent that certified heating and air conditioning specialist to my house to look at the central heating and air conditioning system it was found that the ductwork was very dirty and needed what is called a deep ductwork cleaning. This was going to cost me a few bucks but I really had to get this done. Otherwise my central heating and air conditioning system would just keep getting worse and then it would eventually break down. And I am not just talking about a regular break down, but one that would kill it totally to where I would have to invest in a brand new and up to date central heating and air conditioning system unit. Since I did not want something like that to happen I went with the deep ductwork cleaning. Once the ductwork cleaning was done my air flow was back to normal as it should be. I was really glad I got this done because it improved my quality of life.

I recently invested in a heat pump to heat my home.

And I have to say that this heat pump is really great! It heats my home better than any central heating and air conditioning system ever has. Also, it saves a lot of money on energy use. My electric bills have been so much lower ever since I got this heat pump installed. However, the only drawback to the heat pump was that it cost a lot to purchase and have installed. It was nothing like getting a central heating and air conditioning system unit. With central heating and air conditioning systems it cost maybe half of what the heat pump did in both cost of product and the installation. If my new heat pump ever breaks down I am going to have to pay more for repair as well. The local heating and air conditioning specialists from the heat and a/c company charge more to repair a heat pump. At least in my area they do. I am not sure about other areas of the country when it comes to the price of repairing a heat pump. Anyway, I certainly hope I do not have any issues with my heat pump anytime soon because I really do not want to have to pay that high cost of repair. As much as I love my heat pump I can certainly say there are some cons to the pros about owning a heat pump. But these cons are well worth it because of how well the heat pump works and how the heat pump saves me a lot of money on my monthly energy bills.

The last time I had my central heating and air conditioning system repaired by my heat and a/c contractor it was really amazing how quick he got it back up and running! The heating and air conditioning system was back up and running within 15 minutes of the heating and cooling specialist arriving.

This independent heat and a/c worker really knew what he was doing and got right to the root of the problem.

Having a heating and air conditioning system that broke down fixed that fast is nothing short of a miracle if you ask me! It only may happen once in a lifetime, and this was my one time in life I would probably ever see my central heating and air conditioning system repaired that fast. The heat and a/c worker did not waste any time and the heat and a/c worker also knew exactly what the issue was, This is just a good case of a true heating and cooling professional. I have had heating and air conditioning workers in the past that didn’t know everything about heat and a/c repair and that really annoyed me! It made me wonder why they were in the heating and air conditioning business in the first place. But this time I can say I really lucked out. I think I will continue to use this heating and air conditioning specialist for all of my heating and cooling needs moving forward with things. You just can’t beat someone this good! I really hit the HVAC jackpot here.

Every time people are mowing their lawns in my neighborhood it really sets off the pollen in the air and makes my allergies go nuts. This is why I made a very big investment into a whole home air purification system. By getting the whole home air purification system from my local heating and air conditioning company this made it so that no matter what the air quality or what the allergens in the air are, I will not have to deal with it too much. That is how powerful and good this whole home air purification system is. The lawn mowing in my area is happening almost all the time, so this is why I decided to make this investment. If you decide to get a fireplace in your home this year, then you should legitimately go ahead plus get started on it right now.

Believe me, because when you wait too long into the fall season, then you are going to be on a waiting list which can end up being nothing but trouble. Last year, I decided at the last minute that I wanted to buy a small fireplace to be installed in my house. I didn’t legitimately need anything too extravagant, plus it wasn’t like I was wanting a miracle or anything. I didn’t even want a wood burning fireplace so I didn’t need a whole lot of labor done for my project to get it installed. I just wanted a small, simple gas log fireplace installed in the house plus you might have thought that I was asking for the moon. Apparently, around here if you want to have a fireplace installed, you need to get put on the waiting list at that Heating and Air Conditioning company legit early in the year. I ended up waiting for literally weeks to get the gas fireplace that I wanted installed inside my house. It seemed like there was just a single delay after another plus I had an awful time in the meantime while I was waiting to get it put in. So now, my advice to anyone who wants a more modern fireplace is to get in with your fireplace specialist or Heating and Air Conditioning company early in the year. The sooner you get started on your fireplace project, the better off you will be. You might even be able to get a single installed this year if you’re truly blessed.

I got embarrassed by the poor state of my air filter the other day when my Heating and Air Conditioning specialist was at my condo.

I had booked an appointment to get the air conditioning plan tuned up so that it would be all set to go for the Spring when the weather started heating up again.

Every year I try to get the cooling system tuned up at the end of the hot season because I know that I should give it a nice nap before I start using it again every day in the Spring plus the summertime. Anyway, the Heating and Air Conditioning specialist was named Ed, and is a legit nice guy plus every one of us were talking about how important respected repair is to the long-term health plus quality of your Heating and Air Conditioning system. I was agreeing with Ed about everything plus every one of us were shaking our heads together at the way that certain people just don’t take superb care of their heating plus cooling systems. But then when Ed went to pull the air filter out of my , I realized that I had not changed it in weeks plus weeks. The fact that I was sitting there with Ed as he pulled it out plus it was covered in weeks worth of dirt, dust, plus grime legit made myself and others know stupid. I stood there sheepishly plus Ed knew that I felt like a large dummy. Ed just shook his head sadly, like I had disappointed him in some way. It was legit a single 1 of the most embarrassing things that has ever happened to me, if you want to hear the truth!

Sometimes I don’t make very smart decisions in life, this is for sure.

One of the things that I legitimately regret doing is trying to fix things around the condo myself instead of using a professional! I don’t legit believe why I consistently do this kind of thing to myself when everyone knows that I don’t believe what I’m doing around the condo.

Surely I believe I know how to cook food plus wash clothes plus I can rearrange furniture plus things like that. I can even hammer a nail in from time to time whenever it comes to things like hanging a picture, however, when it comes to things like fixing kitchen appliances or plumbing or electricity, I do not have a clue about any of it. Every once in a while, I will try to fool myself by watching a video online plus I will try to repair something myself but it has never turned out well for myself and others at all. The problem that I encountered Last week with my furnace plan just goes to reiterate the fact that I don’t legitimately have a clue what I’m doing when it comes to lake house repairs. My furnace wasn’t coming on when I turned down the temperature controls plus I decided that I was going to fix it myself. I did not want to pay for the Heating and Air Conditioning specialist to come out to the house plus so I was bound and determined to figure out what the problem was myself. This did not turn out well. I wound up making a simple problem honestly strenuous plus at the end of the day I had to pay a large sum to the Heating and Air Conditioning company to come plus fix it anyway.

Tom and I just finished building our first house.

It was way harder to get everything done than I thought it would be, that’s for sure.

Tom and I have worked on this project for almost 10 weeks now plus that is several weeks longer than Tom thought it was going to take us to be completely done with the entire house. I believe that I just never legit understood everything that was going to be involved in building a house from the ground up. I knew that it could be time consuming plus everything, however I just never believed that every one of us were going to have so various concerns with every single space of the building process! Now that Tom and I are almost done, I’m finally starting to understand it better. A few weeks ago whenever every one of us were working on the heating plus cooling plans upgraded, I thought that I was going to lose it! The Heating and Air Conditioning supplier ordered the wrong kind air duct, plus that set us back a few weeks. Then they also ordered the wrong model of furnace. It was legit just a single thing after another plus it got honestly frustrating for myself and others plus my hubby to have to deal with. I am legitimately stoked that they finally got all of the Heating and Air Conditioning stuff figured out plus installed… Now, the last thing that Tom and I have to do is choose heating plus cooling air register covers plus I will be done! I am so excited to be finished so that every one of us can transfer in! It won’t arrive a day too soon.
