But even when we weren’t in the HVAC service plan, we always got heating maintenance in the Fall and followed that with an air conditioning tune up in the Spring. I’m in the 22nd year of getting quality heating and air from our HVAC equipment. And we’ve never suffered a single instance of any kind of problem when it came to enjoying quality heating and air.

Since I’ve been down south now for about a decade, I’ve learned a bit about managing the toughest time of the year when it comes to climate.

So it’s either the grill or the air fryer for cooking during the heat season.
