We just got our contractor cards for our band and my buddy and I are going to beginning getting them out there for our Soundcloud page. We just made a great song about currency and are going to play again later today and maybe make some new songs. Our goal is to have 50 songs by the end of the year and from them chop an album of about 15 songs. We need to decide which songs are the best ones and then work on the album, which will go online on more than 2 unusual sites and then my buddy and I transfer on. Heating up in the summer, the weather really brings in the tourists so my buddy and I can play at air conditioned beach bars this Summer and be on our way to bigger and better things hopefully. I suppose by the time I hit my 20 year mark of entertaining my buddy and I can have some great stuff going on with the band, which will be in October of 2025, but my Heating, Ventilation, and A/C rep said it comes down to fate as to whether I can leave my job at the heating supplier and hit the immense time with the band. Maybe it is already determined and I just have to go through the motions to see if fate is on my side with the rock n roll venture, I really don’t know but I do know that I have fun making rock n roll and playing drums so why not do it for the sake of that? The cooling corp will consistently be there for me as people will consistently need a/c in their homes.

I swear, the depths of desperation seem to get only deeper when it comes to what people are willing to do for a dollar.
I unquestionably swim at a community pool where my friend and I all spend money dues for unlimited access to the pool.
This little spot also has a workout room that is air conditioned. I help out around the pool in an effort to provide back a bit. And that includes straightening up the locale after an night swim. I noticed that numerous dumbbells and weight component were disappearing from the a/c of the little work out room. Sure enough, a member was stealing them. I mean, these are not high dollar items however rather old in fact. Still, I found them online being sold for literally dollars. And these people have unbelievable jobs! I was beyond disappointed and a bit stunned. But then again, I have had to put a reinforced steel cage over the Heating and Air Conditioning lodgeet that sits outside my home. There is a trend that has popped up recently where thieves are ripping apart this piece of residential Heating and Air Conditioning component to get to the copper fittings. Again, my friend and I are talking about handfuls of copper that is then sold on the black market for pennies on the dollar, and yet, this type of burglary leaves in its wake thousands of dollars in heating and cooling component completely destroyed. I hate to sound like some whining old guy. But I’m just getting more and more upset at what I’m seeing from people. I hate that there are people in situations or with mindsets that stealing is somehow justified.

My sibling had been working as a waitress before the pandemic. She was laid off in April 2020 plus stuck at home. So, for fun, she started doing the videos plus I helped with shooting gratified. Slowly, her channel took off, plus by 2021, she had almost 500000 followers, and brand deals came along, plus money flowed from her job. However, the other side of fame was we started feeling unsafe in our home, plus chose to relocate, however our parents wanted us to find a safe locale to stay, so we looked at this private beach community. The apartment we purchased was amazing, in a private gated community, however it needed a new heat pump. When we moved in, we thought the heat pump was in enjoyable condition. However, after a week of using it, we realized it was faulty. My friend and I had roof leaks for 2 years before my associate and I finally paid to have the roof replaced, then and before that my associate and I had Windows leaking whenever it would rain and the wind would push it against the building. It got entirely bad during a tropical storm this year! The wind from the storm pushed the rain against the side of the building and it ended up coming through our window because of the leaking. If the window had been better sealed from the outside, this leaking would not have been a problem. It’s just something that you have to be mindful of when you’re dealing with Windows and lots of rain. It’s also discouraging when there is high winds pushing that rain into locales where it’s not used to going. I should be glad that the roof is not leaking anymore, but the windows are still a frustration. The other thing that my boss entirely needed to upgrade was the heating and cooling system inside of our office. The furnace was too weak in the winter and my associate and I would all get extremely frigid from the frigid temperatures outside, but by the time it would get hot outside, the A/C was too weak to keep up. It’s difficult to labor in these conditions when you’re consistently uncomfortable because of the temperature. Pushed my boss to replace the Heating & A/C system sooner, but I am just glad that it’s finally getting done at this point, but now my associate and I can labor in peace with better heating and cooling.

My A/C is still under warranty with the manufacturer, so they were able to repair all the complications with the A/C without me paying any fees. I appreciate having warranties on my air conditioner system along with my heater.

This is indeed a part of my character that I’m just not all that wild about. And when it comes to asking for help, I’m even worse. So when you combine the fact my ego gets in the way when I obviously need help, it gets ugly. That’s just what happened last July with the air conditioner. Where I live, my buddy and I are now getting ready to enter the toughest part of the year with regard to weather. I’m well south plus that means perfect weather from September to July. So my buddy and I have a good heat pump to take care of any plus all heating plus cooling needs. But I wasn’t entirely wonderful about getting the standard Heating, Ventilation and A/C maintenance. That was a strenuous lesson to learn. School was in session last July when I came home to find the heat pump running but no cooling. It was so perplexing to my logical thinking that I got carried away. For like 20 minutes, I undoubtedly thought that I could take the locale of a licensed plus certified Heating, Ventilation and A/C professional. I even took the front panel off the air handler in the garage looking for something obvious to fix. Thank God, my wifey walked in from labor just then plus stopped me. In my haste to figure out what was wrong with the air conditioner, I forgot that me doing anything to the heat pump would void the warranty.
Starting out with new central air cooling
I wasn’t sure just what to do when my fears about the Heating, Ventilation and A/C component were confirmed, then this was my first home buying experience plus I tried undoubtedly strenuous to follow up on all the details when it came to my due diligence; When it came to the heating plus cooling equipment, I knew that there would need to be updates, but what I didn’t realize was that the HVAC duct was out of date plus needed to be updated. The central air conditioner in this home has been in locale for maybe fifty years or more, however and it shows, then of course, the gas boiler plus the heat pump have been updated various times I imagine. But the HVAC duct was rather rudimentary at best. There weren’t various air ducts when it came to the ventilation. Additionally, it was pretty clear that the HVAC duct itself was so old that it wasn’t repairable at all. The Heating, Ventilation and A/C supplier confirmed all of this when he came out to inspect plus discuss the Heating, Ventilation and A/C update, i had the option of going with ductless heat pumps throughout the house. And that’s a great option… However, I undoubtedly had my heart set on having central air conditioner along with the latest in Heating, Ventilation and A/C technology, and fortunately, the HVAC duct could be updated without too much chaos plus concerns, so I opted to go with that. The Heating, Ventilation and A/C professionals were good plus it took them less time to update all the HVAC duct plus add onto the central air conditioner. I’m now the proud owner of the best quality heating plus air I could have ever asked for.
