We just got our company cards for our band plus my friend and I are going to start getting them out there for our Soundcloud page.

We just made a nice song about money plus are going to play again later this week plus maybe make some modern music.

Our goal is to have 50 music by the end of the year plus from them split an album of about 15 music. We need to decide which music are the best ones plus then work on the album, which will go online on many odd sites plus then my friend and I transport on. Heating up in the summer, the weather absolutely brings in the tourists so my friend and I can play at air conditioned beach bars this summer time plus be on our way to larger plus better things hopefully. I think by the time I hit my 20 year mark of entertaining my friend and I can have some nice stuff going on with the band, which will be in October of 2025, then my Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C rep said it comes down to fate as to whether I can leave my task at the heating company plus hit the giant time with the band. Maybe it is already determined plus I just have to go through the motions to see if fate is on my side with the music venture, I absolutely don’t know however I do know that I have fun making music plus playing drums so why not do it for the sake of that? The cooling corp will always be there for me as people will always need air conditioner in their homes.

This week is going to be a giant chill beach day plus I want to get out there by about 4pm, or half past the hour at the latest, so I can get a nice spot in the sand.

The nice part about living in this town is I don’t have to try plus find a parking space for my car like I do back house in the States, that was such a pain about living back house that I grew tired of the hassle plus decided I was done with the rodent race of chasing the American Dream, air conditioning is not as much of a necessity as back in the States where I lived in the south, requiring the use of air conditioner almost all year round, then i can hop on my bike plus be at the beach in the sand within about three minutes.

Back house it would take me about 45 minutes of driving plus then after I got a parking spot it would take me ten more minutes to walk to the beach. Anyway, I just ordered a mini split air conditioner component for $240 for my kitchen so I don’t freeze my flatmate out each evening as I run the cooling component for the whole flat just to cool my small kitchen. So I am hoping that this component saves me money each month plus pays for itself over maybe two summers or so. I figure I can save $40 a month on my air conditioner bills by running this much smaller cooling component compared to the giant central cooling system.

The other thing that my boss entirely needed to update was the heating and cooling system inside of our office. The heating system was too weak in the winter season and my nice friend and I would all get extremely freezing from the freezing hot and cold temperatures outside! By the time it would get tepid outside, the air conditioning was too weak to keep up. It’s difficult to toil in these conditions when you’re constantly uncomfortable because of the temperature… Pushed my boss to upgrade the HVAC system sooner, however I am just happy that it’s finally getting done at this point! Now my nice friend and I can toil in peace with better heating and cooling.

I knew that it would be tough with my tied up toil schedule this week

My entire week is booked up solid in terms of my schedule, but i have a healthcare expert’s appointment one day, an appointment with my lawyer another day, and also a lot of customers that I have to take care of before the end of the week. It’s going to be hectic this week and next, however at least I willbe going on a vacation next month. I planned the vacation about a year ago, however it’s taken me this long to entirely get the time tied up outside of my toil hours. I had to figure out how to juggle customers over the last few weeks so I could get the time away from toil for a change, however when I started having problems with my air conditioning, I wasn’t sure if I had time to get an air conditioning serviceman over here to check it out. I knew that it would be tough with my tied up toil schedule this week. I ended up having to cancel one of my appointments just so I can get the heating and cooling serviceman over at my dwelling to look at my air conditioning. I called them and they sent out a serviceman the next day and checked my cooling system for me, however hours for it were severe problems with it, however luckily that wasn’t the case, however my air conditioning is still under warranty with the manufacturer, so they were able to service all the problems with the air conditioning without me paying any fees. I love having warranties on my a/c along with my heater.

This year is going to be entirely difficult from a financial standpoint. I’ve got a lot of taxes I’ve got to pay and all sorts of other things that are coming up. There are improvements on the cabin that need to be made as well, however I don’t know how I am going to cover that in the end. For instance, there is a roofing repair that needs to be done over the garage… Since the water that leaks in does not entirely get into the other parts of the cabin I have not prioritized it as much as I would otherwise. It’s entirely stupid to go without fixing something like this because the water detriment is in the Attic regardless of the location. And you don’t want mold in your attic one way or another. I also have a window in my back room that is a little cracked. I was mowing my grass and a rock shot out from underneath the mower deck and cracked the glass in the window. But the worst thing about my cabin right now is the lack of a boiler. My furnace quit laboring in May and I have not been able to replace it yet. I don’t know what I am going to do for heat this winter because I don’t have a backup boiler for the broken heater. It’s entirely the only option I had moving forward, eventually I am going to have to find a new boiler to replace it. I cannot just go all winter long without a boiler in my house. It’s important for me to be able to heat the cabin throughout the night hours when it finally gets entirely frigid outside. That’s when I entirely need the boiler the most.

I wasn’t sure just what to do when my fears about the Heating and A/C component were confirmed… This was my first house buying experience and I tried particularly hard to follow up on all the details when it came to my due diligence, but when it came to the heating and cooling equipment, I knew that there would need to be substitutes; But what I didn’t realize was that the air duct was out of date and needed to be replaced.

The central air conditioning in this house has been in locale for maybe fifty years or more, then and it shows, but of course, the gas heater and the heat pump have been replaced numerous times I imagine. But the air duct was rather rudimentary at best. There weren’t several air ducts when it came to the ventilation. Additionally, it was pretty clear that the air duct itself was so aged that it wasn’t repairable at all. The Heating and A/C business confirmed all of this when he came out to inspect and discuss the Heating and A/C substitute; I had the opening of going with ductless heat pumps throughout the house. And that’s a fantastic option! However, I particularly had my heart set on having central air conditioning along with the latest in Heating and A/C technology, and fortunately, the air duct could be replaced without too much chaos and problems, but so I opted to go with that. The Heating and A/C professionals were good and it took them less time to replace all the air duct and add onto the central air conditioning. I’m now the proud owner of the best quality heating and air I could have ever asked for.

I’m well south plus that means perfect weather from November to June. But from June through September, it can be a beast down here with the heat. So my friend and I have a great heat pump to take care of any plus all heating plus cooling needs. But I wasn’t particularly good about getting the typical HVAC repair. That was a taxing lesson to learn. School was in session last November when I came home to find the heat pump running however no cooling. It was so perplexing to my logical thinking that I got carried away. For like 20 minutes, I really thought that I could take the locale of a licensed plus certified HVAC professional. I even took the front panel off the air handler in the garage looking for something evident to fix. Thank God, my husband walked in from work just then plus stopped me. She picked up the cellphone plus called the HVAC dealer which saved the warranty on our HVAC equipment. In my haste to figure out what was wrong with the air conditioner, I forgot that me doing anything to the heat pump would void the warranty.
