This year is going to be entirely tough from a financial standpoint.

I have got a lot of taxes I have got to spend money and all sorts of other things that are coming up. There are improvements on the dwelling that need to be made as well, but I don’t know how I am going to cover that in the end. For instance, there has a roofing service that needs to be done over the garage… Since the water that leaks in doesn’t entirely get into the other parts of the dwelling I have not prioritized it as much as I would otherwise. It’s entirely stupid to go without fixing something like this because the water detriment is in the Attic regardless of the location. And you don’t want mold in your attic one way or another. I also have a window in my back room that is a little cracked. I was mowing my grass and a rock shot out from underneath the mower deck and cracked the glass in the window. But the worst thing about my dwelling right now is the lack of a boiler. My heating system quit working in May and I have not been able to upgrade it yet. I don’t know what I am going to do for heat this winter season because I don’t have a backup boiler for the broken heater. It’s entirely the only occasion I had moving forward; Eventually I am going to have to find a current boiler to upgrade it. I cannot just go all winter season long without a boiler in my house. It’s pressing for me to be able to heat the dwelling throughout the night hours when it finally gets entirely freezing outside. That’s when I entirely need the boiler the most.

I like to shop at all of the thrift stores in my area. That’s where I found a lot of entirely nice quality clothing that had only been used a handful of times, but you can even get name brand stuff that would otherwise be extremely expensive at a boutique store. This is something I figured out when I was only in high university. Before then my nice friend and I would spend lots of money on name brand clothing from the mall and it was an easy way to drain the money out of my bank account. I was easily frustrated by the fact that I could only get a few articles of clothing for $100 when I was shopping exclusively at the mall. But then when I went to the thrift store, I could get the same amount of clothing for only $15. Actually this is where I like to get a lot of the clothes that I wear. It’s nice quality stuff for a easily low price. But you can get more than just clothing at the local thrift store, then recently I bought a bunch of box fans at the thrift store. I can put them in many doorways throughout the dwelling to channel air in and out from room to room. I like using the fans because they help supplement the a/c. My wifey enjoys using the fans for this reason especially. It’s a superb way to get here in and out from room to room. If you’re having problems with ventilation in your house, you can improve the air flow just by using fans.

My entire week is booked up solid in terms of my schedule, and i have a doctor’s appointment one day, an appointment with my lawyer another day, plus also a lot of customers that I have to take care of before the end of the week.

It’s going to be hectic this week plus next, but at least I shall be going on a getaway next month.

I planned the getaway about a year ago, but it’s taken me this long to really get the time scheduled outside of my labor hours. I had to figure out how to juggle customers over the last few weeks so I could get the time away from labor for a change; When I started having problems with my a/c, I wasn’t sure if I had time to get an a/c serviceman over here to check it out. I knew that it would be taxing with my busy labor schedule this week. I ended up having to cancel one of my appointments just so I can get the heating plus cooling serviceman over at my home to look at my a/c. I called them plus they sent out a serviceman the next day plus checked my cooling system for me, but hours for it were extreme problems with it, but luckily that wasn’t the case, then my a/c is still under warranty with the manufacturer, so they were able to repair all the problems with the a/c without me paying any fees. I love having warranties on my a/c along with my furnace.

I should be cheerful that the roof is not leaking anymore, however the windows are still a frustration. The furnace was too weak in the winter season plus we would all get extremely cold from the frigid hot plus cold temperatures outside, and by the time it would get warm outside, the cooling system was too weak to keep up. It’s taxing to work in these conditions when you are constantly uncomfortable because of the temperature! Pushed my boss to substitute the HVAC system sooner, however I am just cheerful that it’s finally getting done at this point… Now we can work in peace with better heating plus cooling.

I’ve been having to do a lot more cleaning this year than usual. I guess it’s because my kids have been playing a lot of outdoor sports in addition to dragging in a lot of dirt. That’s my fault for not checking the air cleaner filter sooner in addition to letting them get as poor as they got, however each time I need to buy some air cleaner filters in addition to have them on hand for the next time I need to change them out.

However, the other side of fame was my pal and I started feeling unsafe in our home, and chose to relocate. Our parents wanted us to find a safe place to stay, so my pal and I looked at this private beach community. The household my pal and I purchased was amazing, in a private gated community, however it needed a new heat pump. When my pal and I moved in, my pal and I thought the heat pump was in nice condition. However, after a week of using it, my pal and I realized it was faulty. I attended a local technical university for my certification as a cooling specialist.

It would be easier if all the clients kept up with maintenance though that is up to them.
