I really need to get some stuff and the grocery store was genuinely packed with a ton of people.

I was going to try plus wait a couple of more minutes because it seemed like there was some time when there was nearly no one else in the store.

People were taking some siestas here during the middle of each afternoon and something was happening during those times. I was eating some supper around 2:00 and needed to ignore everything that was happening so the hunger would go away for a couple more minutes. I wanted to take all of my food over to the shore plus be able to watch the waves while eating. I’m having my nice friend in addition to myself get some work done on the cooling component. The cooling component really needed to be cleaned for a long time because the heat is always coming from my nice friend and also myself. I regularly purchased a fan that would be able to help during all of the times when the energy needs to cool down. I even have my family room around 4 nights when I want to have extra cool air when I sleep. June gets to be quite hot plus the air conditioner has to frequently run. I don’t care about sleeping inside of a sizzling room due to having a good amount of sleeping capacity but an air conditioner would really help out and save some currency instead of running the other system all of the time.

My stomach had begun to rumble just quite a bit which meant that it was time to fix up a salad plus possibly eat some type of supper.

I knew that I was going to get some green peppers plus tomatoes for a salad and I thought about eating the same exact thing that I had for breakfast plus supper due to the fact that this makes my shopping a much more easy plus straightforward thing to do. It’s healthy to eat the same thing for dinner plus lunch. I ate a salad every morning for many years plus that means I cut out sugar from the diet and that helps my teeth not be destroyed. There are better things now plus the weight is coming right down. Electric heat pump repairs are on the Slate later however I regularly need to contact a company to get all of the things that I need for a salad. That reminds me that I have to buy some tuna to serve with rice or possibly broccoli or maybe even some peas. Next week my nice friend in addition to myself are going to have to call someone to fix the electric heat pump. The heat pump needs to be installed for the next winter plus I’m thinking it will help me save some currency on the heating costs. The power rates are going up and that means that we have to be weary about the prices on all of the electrical and heating equipment that we purchased this year.

The seasons continue to roll in plus I find myself getting to be a little bit slower because the hours are shorter.

I conserved a lot of energy during the time when I spent my years in the twenties however now it seems care I am slowly fading with all the passing years.

I tried to preserve a lot of things but I know there are problems that I should accept like passing is going to happen no matter what I do to preserve the problems. I slowly need to accept some facts like that all of us will be getting seasoned plus likely try to process how this is dishing my body in a bad way. I regularly had to stop with many of the athletic hobbies that I have appreciated for multiple years due to the fact that my knees are awful. Space gas furnace is the agenda on my list for this week which reminds me that another season as well as year has passed me by. I know care about the things I am doing so a positive single thing is about the chunks of time that are continuously disappearing. I’m lucky to have a radiant gas furnace that is laboring after many years plus my knees will be doing easily the same if I don’t beat them up with athletic Hobbies like the ones that I continue playing. I need very much for my elbows plus shoulders to hang in this time so that I can drum for the band and then The Local Company can sell me some cream to help with sore joints. I go to the place during this week with a brave face to say hi to this person and see how she would like to act

Today I think it is time for me to go shopping to get some fruit from the stand, plus I genuinely have thought that there is a pretty person that is working at the stand plus I would feel comfortable to find some time to talk to that person. But then which part of me tells myself not to bother because there is a girl that is easily too pretty for myself. It is a bad attitude in which to have but I do not care to be pushy, however provide myself with a shot and I could get something for more years to come. I know that it does not matter getting to be shot down lots of times when you end up with a nice plus friendly girl in the end. One Local Company where a person works is a place that sells first plus vegetables plus I find that all of us go there frequently. The person laboring there genuinely has a nice Refrigeration equipment place that helps the food. I go to the place during this week with a brave face to say hi to this person and see how she would like to act. She is married to a local contractor that works as a heating calm ventilation plus AC technician. I did not see a ring on that person’s hand but I do know that it seems very peculiar that the new air conditioning system and refrigeration system came from the same heating plus AC store. My agenda this week is just to find out more about this charming person.

Later this week I am thinking that it will be time for me to go for a run because I know a bit tired plus need some cardio workout to wake up my body.

I don’t regularly play volleyball much at all anymore due to the fact that my knees are shot from lots of jumping.

If I run very slowly in the sand then I guess it would be okay. My buddies continued to ask me to play some sports like volleyball as well as basketball but they do not seem to regularly understand how it is difficult for me to play games like that. I know that I have played for a multiple number of years and then everyone finds that these tasks are difficult that can keep me from playing more. My heating plus also AC Tech friend is one person regularly in the same type of boat plus my friend and also myself keep our knees and genuinely good shape during the time using the air conditioner. We carry around a lot of weight and the cool air helps. I regularly system on doing many leg exercises to strengthen my legs plus my knee so I am no longer bearing the whole brunt of this load while hopping around. I don’t regularly wish to have The Local Company help me by providing pain pills and this is one reason why I have decided to do things myself. There is even a nice heating plus AC worker that helps me out and from time to time we both exercise together.

I believe that things could be better and last week felt that I could come down with some type of cold or something.

I was feeling like I did not have any energy plus I was also experiencing a sore throat that was hurting a great deal.

After multiple days, I discovered that allergies from the pollen inside of the trees were beginning to affect me and the symptoms were quite overwhelming to start with. I got some symptoms and some pills from a neighbor above plus needed that type of relief until I could go to the pharmacy which was later that week. I bought some stock later of the allergy medicine for my neighbor plus also myself. I decided to take them plus run around the lake apartment media air cleaner most of the time for this Pawn to be away from my Lake apartment plus away from my body. During the weekend when I didn’t have any energy plus I assumed it was due to fighting allergies, I decided to take some antihistamines and that made me feel even more drowsy. It was nice to have the hepatite of air filter in my air purifier due to the fact that it can genuinely keep away pollen Plus dust. Today my friends plus myself would like to go to the beach but unfortunately there is some problems with allergies in the air and it’s best for me to stay home where I can use the indoor air purifier. The heating Corporation will open up later this week and maybe then at that point I will be able to grab an extra piece of equipment.

I decided to ride to my uncle and it is a goodbye letter as he has some time left to live in that is at max.

I grew up with a guy and he is only 15 or more years older than myself plus now saying goodbye is something I will do for the last time.

The guy was an army colonel plus also a cool Uncle, however now that time has come for all of us to write down a heartfelt letter and tell the guy how much he easily appreciated to mean to all of us. We all knew around the Christmas celebration that my nice friend plus myself we’re going to be sitting near the fireplace and then find out the sad news and then all of us knew that we were right. I was losing my dad multiple years ago plus now it is my uncle that is going which says a lot of my family will likely to follow soon. My heating plus cooling company representative recently said something that was nice about letting go plus soon then my friend and I can cross this concept the better off my nice friend and also myself could be. I don’t care much for letting go of my uncle plus it will be my mom plus then probably someone else in my family. My mom was a heating plus AC representative for several years in major contract distributions plus it is hard to think that all of that physical hard work did not shorten the time of her life.

I’ve been battling with my sore throat plus also a stuffy nose and this has been accompanied by tiredness that has lasted all morning long.

The problem comes from my allergies and that comes from pollen which was easily triggered many days ago when the wind was blowing up some pollen.

I have not traditionally been sick for years or more with allergies since doing cold water swims every morning in the sea. This has something to me that is regularly avoided seeing this genuine allergy of green pollen come from oak trees during spring months. I just regularly got some flu symptoms pills plus I’m starting to run this air purifier during the apartment all weekend I guess that these pills would easily disinfect the air. I would be genuinely nice within a morning or multiple. I also use some type of contraption that helps to rinse out all of my sinuses which was purchased from a company. It does not help as much as the indoor air purifier. My associate and also myself have gigs that are with the heating plus AC company later plus there will be some travel shows that will have to do with suppliers around town. We are also going to be traveling around the neighborhood to be doing some shows and that means that I will have to be concerned about the indoor air quality and the different types of heating plus air conditioning situations I find myself in. There could be friends that would set things up and it could be fun.

It is regularly cool during this morning however the beginning of some afternoons will come and then temperatures will begin to settle up again.

I did a cold swim later this afternoon in the sea plus I assume that these cold swims won’t have a much longer because summer will be rolling in quickly plus then the water will warm up again.

I would guess that I should have a week or maybe a single more of cold water weather plus then the sea will be sizzling plus I will genuinely not like to do dips anymore because they won’t have the same therapeutic effects that I really would like to have. The water regularly heats up during the morning plus I genuinely like to cool down with cold showers instead of taking dips in this sea. I care to take some cold water immersion each morning when it wakes me up plus then there is feel throughout the rest of the morning. I run around with my oil furnace and this helps me to heat up the Lake apartment however soon it is actually the air conditioning system that will be going inside of the flat. My friend is actually hosting some type of volleyball tournament in multiple weeks plus we said that some days of playing would really be nice and then even though our nearest are worn out plus they need to be replaced, it would be the type of thing that would actually help me to walk a little bit better. Maybe we can genuinely do some things then.

I don’t guess this is too much things to ask for in two more years especially after so many years of difficult labor in both music plus comedy

Well Tuesday Has Come Again plus then the world will keep on spending however it is time plus my wish is to do gigs throughout the country with bandmates by the year end of 2025. This would make 20 years or more in the entertainment field plus I regularly guess that I would easily be ready to rock by this point. Maybe my nice friend and also myself can do some things faster than this however at the very latest I would like to be touring inside of my RV doing some shows for nice currency by that time. I would also care about to have a few albums that are under my belt plus maybe air conditioning or my nice friend and also myself can go during summer time plus nice eating during winter so that we can go to Ski Lodge near the mountains. I don’t guess this is too much things to ask for in two more years especially after so many years of difficult labor in both music plus comedy. I’ve easily done about 1500 or more shows in weather conditions controlled bars plus sometimes in particularly types of bars that have no air conditioners to cool me down. Many years of laboring in this comedy scene have genuinely come to help with this new music venture that has been going on for a year or more now. My associate plus myself both labor for this heating plus AC company plus want to do this for a year or maybe more until we can make it.

I’m enjoying the market bounce back after what seemed like an eternity of collapsing.

It is genuinely horrible that I sold the good stocks that I had, however I didn’t even realize it was going to come back in such an amazing way.

If I held them, right now I would have close to $55k, but as it stands now I am down to a mere $4k. I got stung in the worst way this past year, however I know everyone has a year where they made all of the most terrible decisions plus lost a chunk of money like me. It doesn’t make me feel better knowing the local contractor lost good money as well, I still feel awful losing my HVAC rep father’s money that he gave me when he actually passed away. I can only sit on my stock plus wait for it to come back up to the point I can sell it plus be completely finished with this horrible investing strategy that I have going on. I should have worked at the HVAC appliance business plus kept that money in the bank like my father told me to do. I can’t tell the man that I lost it or he will really disown me. I’ll just keep doing boiler cleaning plus selling my HEPA filters online so that I can get a buffer in the bank again like I should have at this very moment. I know life is about learning valuable lessons, but this one is a bitter pill to swallow. My central heating appliance is on its way out plus it would be wonderful if I can buy a new HVAC appliance for my flat this upcoming year.

I’m not sure if I will get back to the States this hot season because I am a bit low on money right at this moment, but you never know what happens plus I could end up going back for a month or so

We are zipping through the month of May surprisingly suddenly, plus there will be no time at all when summer time arrives plus the tourists flood our town for another summer of thrilling times. I like the energy the eager tourists bring to our area, as winter time can be legitimately quiet plus lacking in energy plus sunlight. It can be a pain to ride my bike to the sea because the streets are essentially always packed, but that brings a fair amount of energy plus fun for the summertime season. I will play some beach volleyball plus a fair amount of music in local corporations around town, as long as they have a good temperature control system to keep us entirely cool. Between the beach ball games plus music shows, it should be a pretty amazing summer time for me as I close in on 60 years old. I will do some HVAC zone control upgrades this summer season while in the weekdays plus at night I will play my drum or ball in the sand with my awesome pals. I’m not sure if I will get back to the States this hot season because I am a bit low on money right at this moment, but you never know what happens plus I could end up going back for a month or so. I will need some good cooling appliance comfort if I go back to the south where my family is staying, plus maybe I can stay in my Mom’s air conditioned dwelling with my stepfather for a bit of the time. My mother is gone, but she left the house for us so my pal and I can stay there when my pal and I make the decision to visit.
