We will labor this weekend at the cooling contractor shop for a few short hours doing cooling appliance repair plus then I will bring our gear out once more plus play on the streets for some time

I have my dinner made for the evening hours, plus so when I get back to my dwelling later after playing music in the streets I will be all set to eat right away. I made it last night, which means this evening it will taste fantastic, as the ingredients kind of mix together after kneeling in the fridge overnight. I made it a bit differently than the recipes that are found online, however I know it tastes even better than their popular recipes. I didn’t use canned spaghetti sauce but rather made my own from scratch, which is really the main reason why it tastes a bit better. The fireplace is roaring right now with a good fire plus I also have my media air cleaner running to keep the air completely clean in this flat. My little robot vacuum cleaner did great work this morning plus cleaned all of the hardwood floors in our flat, plus now my pal and I have a wonderful clean flat plus dinner is already made. I only have to go to the local business plus grab a HEPA filter later, plus after that I am going to grab my musical gear plus meet my buddies to have some relaxing times in the streets later on. We have the desire to come up with a whole new flock of tunes so my pal and I can upload them onto our website for the followers to listen to. I need to replace my hot water heater, however I am waiting for the new one to arrive first before I disconnect the aged electric boiler plus get rid of it.

I am thawing out in my office after spending a good 15 minutes in the ocean this morning. I do my positive affirmations when I am in the sea while I take a look at the sun for warmth. The water can be completely freezing plus looking at the sun seems to give me a small amount of warmth, even if it is only in my mind. I like to tell myself things that I would like to have in my life while I soak in the ice-cold sea. It seems to give my morning some direction plus also gives me hope for the near future, and fireplace cleaning is the job for this week, as my local contractor boss gave me a handful of them to labor on this week. Once I am entirely finished with that I am going to labor on some stuff in my dwelling plus get things fixed up around here for the coming Spring. I need to replace my hot water heater, however I am waiting for the new one to arrive first before I disconnect the aged electric boiler plus get rid of it. Something shorted in it a few weeks ago plus it kept tripping the breaker in the home office, so now it is on its way out to make way for an appliance that is new. The HVAC company down the street had a sale on all of the gas plus electric boilers plus so my pal and I made the choice to get one from them plus are waiting for it to be delivered soon. It could even come this week, but my pal and I need to wait plus see if it ends up showing up.

My hands are totally numb plus stingy right now after going in the freezing water this morning.

It was honestly hard to do this week because it was windy plus freezing out there, plus there was also no sun anywhere in sight.

We are going to play some music tonight at sunset with a few of us musicians, plus I’m hoping the sun will be out to give us a bit of heat. It will be two singers, a guitar player, a tambourine man, plus me the drummer, however actually it is just three people but my pal and I each do a fair amount of things. HVAC is needed this morning because of the extremely cold temps, so I have my gas boiler going plus keeping me warm currently. My hands still need to warm up some because they are numb plus it is not so easy to type fast when I can’t feel my fingers. I am finally feeling like cleaning my HEPA filter this week in the main heating plus cooling appliance, as the past week I was genuinely sick plus didn’t feel like doing much of anything except getting some solid rest. I will still take a nap this afternoon so I can recharge my batteries before my pal and I go jam in the streets. I know the local business is going to have us do a show in their air conditioned club this hot season, but right now it is still pretty slow in our town plus the local contractor is still working on their locale. I will make sure to talk with the owner this weekend to make sure they are still on for us performing in their place.

• That being the Mediterranean Sea, which wakes you up suddenly as soon as your warm skin meets the frigid water.

It does something to my brain as soon as I enter plus I feel a focus plus aliveness that ten cups of pop are not able to do. I only drink one cup of pop a morning, as I don’t want to rely on it to give me energy in the morning hours. I will finish this article plus then head down to the local business for some apples, then I will go to the HVAC appliance company to see what my hours are for next week plus after that I will go for my swim. We are going to be leaving town here in roughly 12 more days plus I want to get in a lot of hours in the store so that I can take off ten days without hurting my bank account. We will basically play music in the mountains in locales with fireplaces plus heating, plus it should be a legitimately lovely time for the five of us going. We will have some singers plus musicians in our group plus my pal and I will do a pretty good amount of singing plus playing music while my pal and I are up there. I plan on doing some heating appliance repairs up there too for my local contractor pal, who usually gives me a good amount of labor when I come up there to visit my people. I like to labor for this guy because my pal and I get along particularly well.

I eat an apple every single morning to test the theory that it will keep the doctor away.

It’s done pretty well so far, but let’s see how those apples do when I am much older, maybe I need two apples each day by then. I hope to be a working musician well into my final years, plus if I can keep my diet plus exercise regime intact I know I may be able to. HVAC appliance labor keeps me going each week, plus working with other heating plus cooling workers is a fun way to make money each morning. We actually love to joke around at labor plus listen to music to make the time pass by a little quicker. But I genuinely prefer doing heating plus cooling repairs with these people, plus time always seems to pass by totally smoothly for me, unless my pal and I run into a concern with a geothermal heat pump or a leaky hot water heater. Speaking of that, I am going to be getting a new appliance in the next couple of days plus will be draining my aged tank plus replacing it with something new. I am pretty good at electric hot water boiler replacement plus should be able to replace my little HVAC appliance in an hour or so. Then I need to haul the aged tank down to the dump plus toss it out entirely. It will be wonderful having heating again for our water tank!

I am feeling sore this morning from playing two beach volleyball matches last evening.

This pro player was finishing up his teaching with two players plus asked if I was looking to play a couple games.

We played a few games plus won both of them, which was pretty impressive seeing that I haven’t played for about six months. He is a legitimately good player plus most of the time wins his games regardless of his partner. The boys my pal and I played against were extremely skilled players as well, so I did pretty well considering my skills are a bit lousy right now. HVAC cleaning plus repairs has been keeping me tied up for the past six months, with the local contractor piling a fair amount of labor on my plate compared to what I normally have. I am good with that because I needed to take a small break from playing ball plus let my knees heal to a certain degree. I went to the local business a few months ago plus they did an MRI on my knees plus told me the cartilage is gone in them, which was also due to the fact that I’ve been kneeling plus working on radiant heated floors for the past 20 years or so. I was also a skydiver plus my body took a fair amount of abuse from swooping down to the ground in my parachute, gravity hurts I must tell you! Working on air ducts in attics also required a lot of bending down, plus carrying heat pumps up flights of stairs also did some damage on my awful knees. I just need to let them rest plus I’ll be alright.

I ran out of apples the other night, which usually never happens in my life, so this morning I will run to the store plus go for some before going on my bike ride.

I know the store down the road opens at 9am, plus potentially I can beat the morning rush plus get there right when the doors open, however hopefully there won’t be a line of people waiting outside to make my way in, plus I can get my shopping handled suddenly so I can go to the beach for my swim after I eat my apple plus kefir.

The local corporations most of the time get pretty crowded these days with the seniors shopping early in the morning at the air conditioned stores. I know when I am pretty old, which isn’t going to be much longer, I will really have the desire to shop early so I can be done with it at a superb hour. The new contractor is having a sale on the HEPA filters that go in my boiler, plus I would like to get there as well plus grab some of those filters before the HVAC purchasers flood the store plus take everything. It is always a wise move to have a few in stock in your dwelling so that when it comes time to get a new one you are already there. My boiler filter has one of those new washable type filters, so I can simply clean it plus I don’t have to replace it, but as for my air conditioning appliance, it needs to have a new one put in each and every time.

We are completely out of the freezing weather, plus now my power bills will be super low till next winter.

They cut the power rates way down as of late plus now my pal and I don’t have to cringe when opening the electric bill in the mail. It will be smooth sailing for approximately eight more months plus I am trying to save as much money as I can until that period of time. I’d honestly like to get a buffer in the bank of $5K by the end of the fall, so that when the freezing weather eventually gets here I am not afraid to turn on the main HVAC appliance plus heat the dwelling up with the electric boiler. I feel more secure having $5K in the bank, so in case something comes up I am able to pay for it without any setbacks. I am working more at the heating plus cooling dealership this warm season plus should be able to stash away my nest egg in a few months by doing more heat pump labor plus smart thermostat sales to purchasers in the store. We are also going to be playing more gigs in our band this hot season at some of the beach bars, plus my pal and I should be able to make a fairly good chunk of money from doing that too. Next winter time I can cut back my labor at the local business plus focus more time on doing my boiler sales for my pal, who works as a local contractor in our town. I will labor for him part time doing my thing pretty much, plus the rest of the time I will play music.

I suppose life is about learning lessons, but this one is a bitter pill to swallow to be entirely honest

I’m seeing the market bounce back after what seemed like an eternity of falling. It is too disappointing that I sold the nice stocks that I had previously, however I didn’t know it was going to come back in such a fashion. If I held them, right now I would have about $55k, but as it stands now I am down to a mere $4k. I got stung rather badly this past year, however I suppose pretty much everyone has a year where they made all of the worst decisions & lost a chunk of money like I did. It doesn’t make me feel better knowing the local corporation lost a fair amount of money too, I still feel angry about losing my Heating, Ventilation, & A/C rep mother’s money that she gave me when she died. I can only rest on my stock & wait for it to come back up to the point I will be able to sell it & be done with this terrible investing strategy of mine. I should have worked at the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C device corporation & kept that money in the bank like momma told me to do. I can’t tell her I lost it or she will basically disown me. I’ll just keep doing furnace cleaning & selling my HEPA filters online so that I can get a buffer in the bank again like I should have at the moment. I suppose life is about learning lessons, but this one is a bitter pill to swallow to be entirely honest. My central furnace is on its way out & it would be pretty wonderful if I can buy a new Heating, Ventilation, & A/C device for my flat next year.

We are zipping through the month of May rather quickly, & it will be a true blink of an eye when the warm season arrives & the tourists flood our city for another summer of great experiences.

I like the energy the eager tourists bring to our town, as the cold season can be entirely quiet & lacking in energy & sunlight.

It can be a pain to ride my bike to the sea because the streets are genuinely packed, but that brings a tremendous amount of energy & great times for the summertime season. I will play some beach volleyball & a fair amount of rock n roll in local businesses around town, as long as they have a nice climate control system to keep us totally cool. Between the beach ball games & rock n roll shows, it should be a rather exciting summer time for me as I close in on 60 years old. I will do some Heating, Ventilation, & A/C zone control upgrades this warm season while in the weekdays & at night I will play my drum or ball in the sand with my buddies. I’m not sure if I will get back to the States this summer time because I am a bit low on currency at the moment, but you never know what happens & I could end up going back for a month or so. I will need some nice cooling if I go back to the south where my family is residing, & maybe I can stay in my dad’s air conditioned apartment for a bit of the time. My mother is gone, however she left the apartment for us so my buddy and I can stay there when my buddy and I choose to visit.
