The factory warranty on the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system had already expired when all of the trouble started happening, and so my buddy and I couldn’t use the factory warranty to get it fixed. If only my buddy and I had had the apartment warranty, then it would have covered all of the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C service expenses! Since my buddy and I did not have one, my buddy and I had to pay for all of the heating and cooling repairs completely out of pocket. Let me tell you, that was a taxing lesson to learn, but I will never make that same mistake again.
