I really dislike the idea in our culture that women are supposed to be sweet, docile, and subservient.
I am really fatigued of people telling me that I am too direct and bossy for being a woman.
I am also sick of anyone telling me that I need to smile in order for them to be comfortable. How I look is how I look. How I act as how I act. My gender has really nothing to do with that. That’s why I was really blown away and impressed by the heating and cooling professional who performed my most recent central HVAC service service service. I had never seen a female heating, cooling, and air quality control specialist before in my life. On the day that the HVAC labor truck pulled into my driveway and I saw a lovely lady hop out I was truly gleeful to see what kind of labor she would do on my central air conditioner system and forced air heater. I wanted to know another lady who was strong and skilled, even if my line of labor has nothing to do with indoor air handling devices. When she arrived at the door the lady HVAC worker had a younger man with her. She explained that he was the newest HVAC intern at the heating and cooling service dealership. She was doing her best to demonstrate usual residential heating, cooling, and ventilation service services to him. I could tell that the young man was truly disrespectful to his HVAC instructor. I heard him giving herself in the basement as they checked the heater. Shortly thereafter, I heard the lady HVAC professional let loose on a diss young hooligan. The HVAC intern immediately stormed up the steps and pouted in the driveway while my lady HVAC tech fixed the heater; Good for her.
