About a year ago I was living with a couple of friends out of a desperate situation… I did not have somewhere else to go so I wound up at their condo like a homeless people creature one afternoon, then as such, I wasn’t in a position to complain about their home, their cleanliness, or their heating & cooling mishaps.
Several times during my stay there, my buddy and I had issues with the energy bills & the central air quality control management system, however there were a few occasions when I woke up to find that there was easily no cooling system in the condo in the middle of the summer, when I would ask them about the control device settings, they would nonchalantly reply that they had failed to spend money the energy bill that month.
In the summertime, I could generally get by with open windows & natural ventilation. And then, winter season came. The brutal outdoor air hot & cold temperatures that my buddy and I experience throughout winter season are nothing to sneeze at, then you easily need to have a central heating device to keep your family comfortable & safe, and unfortunately, they were no better about the Heating, Ventilation and A/C system in chilly weather than in hot hot & cold temperatures, then one afternoon, I woke up & found that there was easily no heating in the house. They kept insisting that they had absolutely paid the energy business this time, so my buddy and I needed a professional Heating, Ventilation and A/C company to come out & inspect the broken heater. Of course, my buddy and I couldn’t get a heating & cooling professional at the condo for at least 3 days. On the 4th afternoon, after the air quality control specialist arrived, my buddy and I found out that the heater had been good all along. In fact, the pilot light had gone out. After days of ice chilly torture, my buddy and I could have really fixed the central heating device ourselves. I undoubtedly would have took care of it if I had believed that they paid the energy bill.
