Sometimes I have to know that there is a higher power out there, pulling some strings and making sure that my buddy and I end up exactly where we are supposed to be. I have had too more than 2 strange happenings in my life to call it circumstance or coincidence. I happen to know that the Universe has a plan for everybody, and it creates the situations that my buddy and I need. I know, that sounds like a lot of flowery woo-woo talk.., but it even applies things as mundane as my central heating and cooling system. You see, when I was first moving into neighborhood I knew that I wanted to find a place with a semi new air conditioner. I had heard bad stories about the heat and humidity in that region and I absolutely did not want to be operating a busted a/c unit all summer time long. I knew how luxurious my energy costs would be if I did not find a rental with a high-quality air conditioner already installed. I made sure to get the A/C unit evaluated out by a professional Heating and Air Conditioning serviceman before I even signed the lease. That’s why I was blown away a few weeks later when I was hanging out at home and the a/c randomly stopped blowing through my vents. Clearly, there was an issue with the A/C unit out of nowhere. Needless to say, I was pretty livid about the a/c breakdown. That is, until I walked out back and tried to inspect the A/C unit myself. Tucked behind the large Heating and Air Conditioning component was an unexpected surprise that I wouldn’t have found otherwise. A litter of 10 puppies had been abandoned behind my central A/C unit. As soon as I brought them indoors, my A/C started laboring again. If it wasn’t for my spontaneous a/c breakdown, who knows what would have happened to those sweet babies.
