It was okay to get it fixed instead of buying a current Heating, Ventilation and A/C unit. The tech came back after two afternoons plus fixed the equipment. The air duct was redone again, plus he also changed the A/C filter. The concern with the air duct was now fixed. The Air conditioning system was working perfectly, then after some work here plus there, the home was finally ready for renting. The air quality in the home was also great. I had a neighbor who works in a tourism agency plus she referred some of their shoppers to me. Deciding to use the home for business was a wonderful decision since it was consistently occupied plus I got wonderful money.
