We got a call a few minutes ago, and the call was a lady complaining about her cooling equipment having some issues.The issues it was having was it was not cooling her lake house as efficiently as it should have been. The appointment was scheduled for myself and others to go to her arena plus take a look at what is going on, however i hopped in the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C business truck plus started driving towards her home, and her lake house was somewhat hard to find, it was in a more forested area, plus hard to see, even though I managed to find it anyway, and when the lady answered, I observed she looked quite old. Her lake house had fallen into disrepair, plus I couldn’t help but to wonder if no a single was taking care of her. I found her air conditioner system, plus the concern was instantly obvious. Her air filter was obstructed plus incredibly dirty. If I am being honest, it looks love it has not been cleaned in many years. I am not sure how her air conditioner equipment is still working, usually that would be enough to shut a Heating, Ventilation plus A/C equipment down, with neglect love that; Nevertheless, I took the old plus absolutely gross air filter out, plus replaced it with a current fresh a single. The fresh HEPA filter was all it needed. After that I told the lady it was fantastic to go. I also told her about the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C service plan, to prevent her air conditioner from falling into disrepair again, plus then I left. I felt poor for the lady, plus hoped that she had a family that could help her.
