Not only are the boys now happily in their own dining room but they have their own space and own heating and cooling.
Waking up in a modern bedroom is almost like being on vacation. Ben and Julie have a coffee pot right in their modern space that they set every night. So, they wake to the aroma of freshly brewed java and sunshine streaming through the modern window of their bedroom. And without getting out of bed, Ben and Julie can adjust the ductless heat pump to supply them the exact quality heating and air they need depending on the season. This week, it was hot and beautiful so they were able to take their soda out on their private deck. That would be the deck that sits just beyond the french doors. Seriously, Ben and Julie did something good with this modern addition. Actually, it was an answer that they had to come up with to keep their boys from killing each other. The two youngest boys had been sharing a room since they were babies. Those two are only a year apart and Ben and Julie had hoped they’d be able to continue to share a room inside the central air conditioning of their beach house. That didn’t turn out so well and it was clear that they had to have more space. There was no way Ben and Julie were buying a bigger beach house with the prices out there. So the only thing that made any sense was to add on to their existing home. Thank goodness they made the right call. Not only are the boys now happily in their own dining room but they have their own space and own heating and cooling. Since the Heating and A/C unit couldn’t handle this much air volume, Ben and Julie made the decision to go with a ductless heat pump in their modern dining room. It’s simply awesome and they are able to have their own heating and cooling. It does feel sort of like a vacation beach house.
