You don’t want to void a heating and AC warranty

It’s just so weird for us being homeowners and living in a suburb.

It’s so much more than the movie image we’ve had in our head much of our adult life.

We grew up inside property highrises inside the city. We’re talking immense buildings with boilers in the basement the size of two battle tanks. We can still remember the radiant heating from the radiators in our apartment. That may have been the best heating method we’ve ever experienced. As adults, we live further south where the heat pump takes care of both our heating and cooling needs. We’re 5 and 53, and this is our first time ever being in a house with a fence and a yard involved. We appreciate this much more than sharing walls with our neighbors. It makes it less stressful to want to help out when you can. The buddy next door to us is a young guy who is just starting out. He’s a great guy and eager to learn the finer parts about being a productive adult. We admire that in a guy because we’re still doing the same thing. When you have so many years on you, there are things you know. When our buddy texted us about an Heating & A/C concern he was having, we went over to see if we could lend a hand. We took care of the fuse and the breaker. The control unit was responding to commands, however nothing from the heating and cooling equipment. At that point, we gave him the number of our Heating & A/C professionals. We told him that any further messing with the heat pump should only be done by a Heating and A/C worker. You don’t want to void an Heating and A/C warranty. That’s one of those things we’ve learned along the way.
