One thing I’ve l received thus far in this life is that plans are nice but life has a way of happening anyway.

This is what happened recently for our wife and I.

Prior to retirement, both of us put a lot of effort into planning the next chapter of our life. The people I was with and I were eager to get rid of the need of Heating, Ventilation, and A/C heating and transfer to a arena where the focus of Heating, Ventilation, and A/C was on cooling. The older we had become, the more both of us just didn’t want to deal with Wintertide in the high cost of Heating, Ventilation, and A/C heating. Moving south was what both of us had our sights set on. But nearly a year before I was ready to walk out of the commercial Heating, Ventilation, and A/C of the offices for the last time, it all went to pieces. What change was both of us became Grandfatherrents. Suddenly moving to all that cooling system just didn’t mean as much as it once did. That’ll happen when you look in the eyes of your first grandchild. At first, both of us thought both of us could still transfer and just visit the grandyoungsters. But once both of us started being active Grandfatherrents, the plan of moving to all that cooling system just didn’t make sense. So both of us upgraded the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C component along with the study room and got a great price for our house. The people I was with and I made enough money that both of us could build a much smaller beach condo but still it was everything both of us wanted. To that end, both of us now have geothermal heat pump and both of us appreciate it. Not only is it super sustainable but it provides maybe the best Heating, Ventilation, and A/C heating I’ve ever experienced. The heating comes from radiant floor heating and I can’t know how sizzling and cozy that sort of radiant heating makes our home.

I do not like to even utter the words man cave. But that’s just what I have now and I appreciate it! When I was a kid, our dad had a absolutely cool man cave. This was well before cell cellphones and custom cooling system. But her arena in the basement was the best. She had a absolutely cool bar and it was glorious. That bar was all pine and it was 25 ft long. There had to be dozens of coats of polyurethane before our dad put that wood on the bar. I was only allowed down there every now and again. I got to bring beers and sandwiches when Dad would have poker night. Perhaps that’s what started our appreciate of a man cave. Once the youngsters went on to university our wife and I got a smaller arena. But it had a basement so once I paid off the new Heating, Ventilation, and A/C equipment, I was ready to put in a man cave. And I worked at it little by little. I find a recliner at a yard sale. Or maybe there was a couch a friend was getting rid of. I bought a fridge and even put in a bar. It was not as nice as dads but it worked. Of course, I spent years working inside the commercial Heating, Ventilation, and A/C of corporate offices honing our skills before I went out on our own. But the plan was always to go out on our own. It took about various years of saving, planning and preparation. So when it was time to leave the commercial Heating, Ventilation, and A/C of the office, I went all in on our own business. This summer, that meant staying out on the road. My corporation is essential to myself and others and the various other people who has hired. The people I was with and I are a great team and supply a great service. I’m the one who is out there are closing deals and starting repair on site. So that meant a lot more time out of the cooling system of the office than I thought. To save money, I decided to take to the road this Summer and just stay out there. It saved a lot of money because I was able to cover a lot of ground, however luckily I was able to find great cooling system at all the little motels along the way. As long as it was clean, affordable and had great Heating, Ventilation, and A/C cooling I was all in. However, now that it’s September, I’m sure ecstatic to be home. The late fall isn’t too far away and I appreciate that time of year.

That hasn’t always been the case.

It took our wife to bring back the magic of the holidays. Her appreciate for the holidays is just so infectious. Spending a lot of time inside the commercial Heating, Ventilation, and A/C of labor during that time of year makes coming beach condo even better. That’s the time of year that’s most hectic for myself and others and our work. The people I was with and I have a lot to accomplish in that commercial Heating, Ventilation, and A/C by the end of the year. That glow comes from our wife but also from all the candles that are lit in the house. She is way into candles. She likes having the candles cranking during the holidays. Honestly though, it’s the coziest, most comforting feeling for me. It’s difficult to know because I’m not all that affectionate for the holidays. However, all those candles being lit at that time of year has a way of just de-stressing myself and others and adding a smile to our face. But when that time of year comes, I have to go to the hardware store. That’s where I pick up a case of Heating, Ventilation, and A/C air filters. Having a sunroom on our retirement condo was not high on our priority list.

• Getting out in the sun on the daily sure was.

Still, our wife had her heart set on having a arena with a large sunroom. To me, that seemed a bit redundant. I mean here both of us are moving to a region where it was all about the sun and the red sky. Why would not you just spend the time outside? Plus, what would you do in the sunroom in the Summer without cooling system? well, both of us found out about all of this entirely fast our first summer. The people I was with and I moved to our new arena in May and by mid-may, the sunroom was simply off limits for me. My wife who likes the heat, still spent time out there until about mid June. Then, she was kind of done with the sunroom as well it was just too hot. So that defeated the purpose of having the sunroom. Why wait all Summer to like a sunroom because it was too hot? But then, I noticed that both of us were avoiding the sunroom in the morning during the Wintertide because it was a bit too freezing. For sure the Wintertide here is super mild but the sunroom is freezing in the morning. That’s when both of us decided to talk with an Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professional about some heating and cooling for the sunroom. Initially, I thought they might extend the HVAC duct. But that’s not how it worked instead both of us got a ductless heat pump installed and it is just the solution both of us were looking for when it came to heating and cooling.

And it’s been that way our whole life.

The plan has never been our strong suit. I’m always in a rush to get the answers. This isn’ta great recipe for the way the world works. And while I’m so ecstatic they aren’t dealing with a gas gas furnace and loads of snow, dad has been a handful.

He’s the sort that’s kind of accustomed to getting things the way she wants them. These days, much of dad’s day consists of resting inside the cooling system. He’s just not able to do the stuff she once did. And it can be entirely aggravating for him. So I do our best to be compassionate and understanding when it comes to getting him all riled up. But when it came to the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C component in her new arena, I had to get a bit aggressive. My mom’s been gone a while, leaving dad on her own. My sibling lived about 2 hours away and could get him if it was necessary. Wishing figured out that she absolutely needed myself and others down here. Sometimes I wish I had enough disposable income to simply forget out doing all our chores.

I’d just spend our savings someone to do all the stuff around the house.

There are absolutely people out there who live this sort of life! But not me. I guess love I’m going all the time as our life is just so busy. For sure, I need to find more balance in our life. However, I still have to get things done in the condo or they will not get done. It’s been sort of weird for me this week because I’m so excited about getting our new residential HVAC.

This is a problem because I’m out of town.

While I’m sure that my wife will be more than good with managing the installation of the new heating and cooling equipment, I feel as though I missing out. When the HVAC technician told us that the heat pump was at the end, we weren’t exactly stunned by that news. We knew it was coming as the kids are just about grown ups. So of course, we expected to have to get some new HVAC equipment. But that also triggered the discussion of whether or not we should just go on and sell the house. That’s a very big deal right there. We’ve been in this house a shade under thirty years. That’s a lot of memories and connection to be giving up. But with the latest in residential HVAC and HVAC technology, our home would fetch a really big price. This has been something that my wife and I have had to go back and forth on. Ultimately, we decided to go with the works when it came to the new HVAC technology and HVAC equipment. And we’ll just have to go from there on the whole selling out issue. Still, I really wanted to be there to play with all the new HVAC technology. I’m leaning toward selling the house now while we still can. The market is hot and we’re not getting any younger. Yet, we’re not too old to make a change and do something different with our lives. So we’ll start with a new HVAC unit and all the trimmings and then maybe that will be the tipping point for the next big decision.
