She apologize for the inconvenience & said that he was going to call the maintenance specialist. The maintenance specialist came shortly after & ended up changing the temperature control because it was faulty.

I dropped off a pack of fresh air filters for him to rotate in and out while the construction is happening, although she doesn’t think that she should be the one to upgrade the dirty air filter. I’ve come to accept that this renter can’t be gratified and it’s best to leave him alone. I’m replacing the floors that she complained about and all she can guess about is a temporarily high utility bill even though I’ve given him the tools to reduce it.

I feel like all the people has at least one lazy afternoon a week.

My Tuesdays are designated for me to lay on my favorite couch plus watch all of the TV shows that I missed throughout the week.

Tuesday through Friday is designated solely to toiling, whereas Tuesdays are for relaxing plus being lazy. I watch at least 12 weird TV shows! Some of my friends feel that has a little excessive however watching TV shows kind of forces me to unwind before another weekday starts… Just this past weekend I got through at least six episodes of one of my TV shows. I have a feeling that you could also get Heating and Air Conditioning system alerts on there as well. Since it is controlled all digitally I feel like you could have alerts telling you when to have your Heating and Air Conditioning air filter changed out plus when to have your next service done. I’m going to have to contact my local Heating and Air Conditioning provider to see if there is a way I can get this smart control unit plus smart condo system linked through my tablet.

It’s about time for me to start cleaning out my house; During the winter plus fall I hoard a lot of unnecessary junk that I don’t need, however i mainly just keep a lot of items in my house because I don’t feel like going outside to my garage to put it in my trash pile.

During the winter it gets entirely chilly here so I try not to go outside unless I entirely need to. During the winter, I also have my heating system up to stay as moderate as I can! Some mornings I feel like I am always cold… However now that it is Spring I am able to clean out a lot of crap in my house, just this past weekend I went plus took all of those unnecessary items to my garage. The weather was attractive that weekend. I was able to get some of the dead flowers out of my garden. Plus my house looks much cleaner in the outside as well as the inside, but after that weekend the weather started to get to hot plus cold temperatures that were similar to winter. I was a little aggravated about this because I had to turn my thermostat back on to heat my house. I was entirely content with not having to waste more cash plus energy on heating my home. The weekend where I was able to clean my apartment plus turn my thermostat off, I felt like I was saving quite a bit of cash. The Spring here can get a little chilly at times although I figured since my buddy and I had a mild winter that that weekend I would be able to turn my heating system off for the season.

Of course it’s the hottest week of the Summer and I have had no luck with my air conditioner, but when I woke up this day my cooling system was switch to on and it should have been running, i looked at the set temperature and the thermostat was set to 81 degrees but my thermostat study that it was 83 degrees in the house, but that was way too hot for me.

I didn’t understand why my air conditioner was not cooling my dwelling down! I ran through some simple items to go through to make sure that I wasn’t missing anything out of the moderate! Yes my thermostat was set to cool and I turned the thermostat down to the below room temperature.

The power on the indoor unit was set to on and my breaker was laboring normal. The power was also set to on for my outdoor unit as well. When I went outside I couldn’t hear my outdoor unit running. I even went to the red reset button on my outdoor unit and still nothing was laboring. I decided to schedule a service call because even when I reset the outdoor unit the outdoor unit still was not turning on! Some causes that made the outdoor unit not turn on and my dwelling not be cool was because of a bad reversing valve. It turns out that that was the issue when my heating, ventilation and cooling system service person came to my household to service the air conditioner, after replacing the bad reversing valve the air conditioner came to life again cooling my dwelling down.
