I feel like everyone has at least one lazy afternoon a week.

• My Tuesdays are designated for me to kneel on my number one couch & watch all of the cable shows that I missed throughout the week.

Tuesday through Tuesday is designated solely to working, whereas Tuesdays are for great & being lazy. I watch at least 12 different cable shows; Some of my friends guess that has a little excessive but watching cable shows kind of forces me to unwind before another weekday starts. Just this past weekend I got through at least six episodes of one of my cable shows, during the last cable show I realized that one of the main characters was controlling her lights, her blinds, & her Heating as well as A/C system through her tablet. I thought this was truly cool because I would care about to be able to control all of those things right at my fingertips; Plus I figured it would be so easy & convenient especially when I am not at home. Before I got house I could control my control device through my tablet & have it ready so by the time I got house the temperature would be nice & comfortable. I have a feeling that you could also get Heating as well as A/C system alerts on there as well. Since it is controlled all digitally I feel like you could have alerts telling you when to have your Heating as well as A/C air filter changed out & when to have your next service done. I’m going to have to contact my local Heating as well as A/C provider to see if there is a way I can get this smart control device & smart house system connected through my tablet.

Just this past weekend my family plus I all got together; Every Summer around the end of August when the weather is legitimately warm plus humid our family loves to have the reunion, i feel our reunion turned out to be a legitimately giant success however when it came to the weather it wasn’t as great, however my pal and I tried to plan for the end of August because the weather is normally legitimately hot, sunny plus humid. I just recently had my Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C serviceman install a new system. This new system is much more new than my old Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C system. I have a feeling that my Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C system is too giant for my home, then because I have a greater household I feel like my Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C system was measured too big. Because it was measured bigger my Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C system keeps running more often. This can be a troubling problem for Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C systems that are measured too giant because they waste a lot of energy plus money because they are consistently on. I have to contact my local Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C serviceman to see if there is a way he can service the problem.

Just last year I decided to finish the basement myself.

It has taken me about a year to do however I’m pretty handy at doing things around the house. Plus I wish to do the job myself & I will know that it’s done right & appropriately because I was the only one laboring on it; When it comes to larger upgrades that I’m not sure of, I make sure to leave it to professionals. I called up my electrician & Heating, Ventilation & A/C serviceman to do the work for me. I don’t want to mess with substantial things like that & have something harshly go wrong due to a small mistake on my part, and my Heating, Ventilation & A/C serviceman came in & he upgraded my water heater. It costs me quite a bit of currency however my water boiler wasn’t giving me tepid water anymore & it was about twenty years old. The Heating, Ventilation & A/C serviceman also checked my Heating, Ventilation & A/C system. Since my system is a little bit older he told me that in about five years or so that I should consider replacing my Heating, Ventilation & A/C system. I didn’t feel like hearing this however since I have about five years to save up I might as well start putting currency to the side. However he told me that they have financing options available, but either or, if I save up I still might take the financing options available since a whole current Heating, Ventilation & A/C system can get lavish. I am proud to have a great local Heating, Ventilation & A/C company who is reputable in the area, to take a look at my system.

It’s about time for me to start cleaning out my house, during the winter season plus fall I hoard a lot of unnecessary junk that I don’t need, and i mainly just keep a lot of items in my house because I don’t feel like going outside to my garage to put it in my trash pile.

• During the winter season it gets easily chilly here so I try not to go outside unless I easily need to.

During the winter, I also have my furnace up to stay as hot as I can, then some afternoons I feel like I am consistently cold, however now that it is Spring I am able to scrub out a lot of crap in my house, just this past weekend I went plus took all of those unnecessary items to my garage, the weather was appealing that weekend. I was able to get some of the dead flowers out of my garden, however plus my house looks much cleaner in the outside as well as the inside, then after that weekend the weather started to get to uneven temperatures that were similar to winter. I was a little aggravated about this because I had to turn my thermostat back on to heat my house. I was truly pleased with not having to waste more money plus energy on heating my home. The weekend where I was able to scrub my property plus turn my thermostat off, I felt like I was saving quite a bit of money. The Spring here can get a little chilly at times despite the fact that I figured since my associate and I had a mild winter season that that weekend I would be able to turn my boiler off for the season.

I genuinely appreciate doing landscaping outside, however landscaping is a good release for me especially on the weekends. I have a desk task & I do not get out of the office that much during the week. So being able to work outside in the flower beds & design what plants & flowers I want to put around my home is an exciting thing for me. Plus I just recently bought a zero turn grass mower & it has made working outside even better! When I was breaking my grass near the outdoor unit I was surprised to see steam coming from my outdoor unit, then my a/c was on because I set the temperature control to 76° because of how hot it was outside. I wasn’t sure why steam was coming from my outdoor unit I was thinking that maybe it was due to my heat pump going into defrost mode; However the unit should not be going into defrost mode. It didn’t make any sense to me why it would even go in that mode in the first place. So to clear up any confusion & get the problem resolved as soon as possible I called my local heating & cooling worker to take a look at the issue. It was a great thing that I did that because it turns out that the outdoor unit had a bad outdoor fan motor. This was something that I would not have been able to repair myself so I was lucky that my heating & cooling worker was able to come out that day to problem solve & repair the bad fan motor.

Our basement just recently got finished.The basement used to be just concrete walls and concrete floors with all of our junk that was stored down there, but no one ever liked going to the basement because it was so cold, and our Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system is located there along with our fuel tank, then with our finished basement my buddy and I have carpet and wood floors, a bar that my Mom made from scratch, an entertainment center made out of oak and a crucial smart TV; This will be my new hangout location in my house.

When I have friends and family over the basement will be the location to be. Our heating system is sectioned away from the study room and bar in it’s own room. When my buddy and I were all down there one evening, my Mom decided to check the heater, however he saw that the condensate PVC pipe was leaking. He told us that it was most likely leaking because the two pipes were not glued together! My Mom realized that the reason why it was unglued is so that it is easier for a man to reach the condensate pump, however looking up the problem online, my Mom found that if the two pipes aren’t glued together, then there’s a occasion that they will leak. However he found that if he used two sheet metal screws, then it would eliminate leakage and he could still get to the condensate pump, however before he decided to make any moves, he wanted to call our Heating, Ventilation, and A/C worker to make sure that the leakage wasn’t anything major.

I know you are supposed to get the heating unit checked every single year, however I have found that as long as the seasons aren’t too severe, the heating unit will last just fine, and last year, I didn’t need the help of an air conditioning professional because the winter season was really mild. But it is looking like this winter season is not going to be the same, so I made an appointment with the air conditioning supplier closest to me, for Heating, Ventilation, & A/C maintenance.
