It was okay to get it fixed instead of buying a new HVAC unit. The tech came back after two days and fixed the equipment. The ductwork was redone again, and he also changed the AC filter. The problem with the air duct was now fixed. The Air conditioning system was working perfectly. After some work here and there, the house was finally ready for renting. The air quality in the house was also great. I had a friend who works in a tourism agency and she referred some of their clients to me. Deciding to use the house for business was a good decision since it was always occupied and I got good money.
